Project Overview

Delivering community infrastructure requires transparent, highly regulated procurement processes. SHEANEY was engaged to manage the complete public procurement exercise for a new 4G training pitch and associated facilities, acting directly on behalf of the club and the local council.

Our Delivery

We took the project from initial specification through to final contract award. Our team developed comprehensive tender documents covering performance, maintenance, and safety, while also preparing minor works packages for fencing, floodlighting, and car parking. We facilitated competitive tendering, managed evaluations, and provided final claims support.
