Project Overview

Providing new modular classrooms across five active school sites (St. Ronan's Primary, St. Mary's Primary, Bloomfield Primary, Movilla High, and St. Colman's Primary) required highly disciplined programme management to ensure pupil safety and minimal disruption to the academic term.

Our Delivery

We took on the complete turnkey management of the programme. Our scope covered everything from initial mobilisation and site demolition to the installation of critical services (power, water, drainage, data), bitmac surfacing, and crane pad logistics. We proactively managed change control across all five sites simultaneously.
